By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services or create an account. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Nature of Services
MedsSeva provides information about its pharmacy, diagnostics and healthcare franchise network, facilitates diagnostic test bookings through partner laboratories, and processes franchise and career enquiries. MedsSeva acts as a facilitator between users and partner outlets/laboratories for certain services.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Content on the Services is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical practitioner regarding any health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on the Services. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
4. Bookings & Payments
- Diagnostic test bookings are subject to availability of collection slots in your area.
- Prices displayed are indicative and may be revised; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies.
- Where online payment is available, it is processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your payment credentials.
- Cancellations and refunds, where applicable, are handled as communicated at the time of booking or by contacting our support team.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the Services;
- Copy, scrape or reproduce content from the Services for commercial use without written permission.
6. Franchise Enquiries
Submission of a franchise application or enquiry does not create any binding franchise relationship. Franchise grants are subject to MedsSeva's evaluation process and execution of a separate written franchise agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including the MedsSeva name, logo, text, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to MedsSeva Global Healthcare Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedsSeva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time via our Account Deletion page.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
