How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to info@medsseva.com from your registered email address, or include your registered mobile number in the email.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Mention your name and registered mobile number so we can verify your identity.

What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information (name, mobile number, email, address);
- Booking history and enquiry records linked to your account;
- Any documents or images you uploaded through the app.
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law — for example, tax and accounting records, invoices of completed transactions, and healthcare records subject to statutory retention requirements. Such data is retained only as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Timeline
We verify each request and complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
